We always massage clients while they are in underwear. If the area being massaged involves the lower back or hips, snug-fitting underwear may be in the way, but it won't hinder our work. In such cases, we use a sheet for coverage and secure the garment.

You will be completely alone in the room during undressing and dressing. The therapist will only enter when you are lying on the massage table and covered. Throughout the massage, areas not being treated are covered with a sheet.

You should not feel uncomfortable about it; just let us know, and we will pause the massage so you can comfortably use the restroom.

Not at all obligatory! Just close your eyes and relax. Of course, if you feel like chatting, there's no problem. But be sure to speak up if: – The room is too hot or cold – You feel pain – You have questions about the massage – You forgot to mention something important.

Speak openly. However, remember it's a myth that massage is only effective if it hurts. There are many massage techniques, and many of them don't rely on strong pressure or pain. In fact, excessive pain can cause muscle cramping. General advice: On a scale of one to ten, pain should never exceed a seven.

People feel self-conscious for various reasons. Common concerns include: being overweight, body hair, back acne, unattractive feet, or scars. However, you don't need to avoid the massage for these reasons. If you're embarrassed about a specific body part, feel free to let us know so we can skip that area. A good therapist won't judge based on these factors.

You can rely on their excellent expertise and the use of additional tools, such as the massage table and other accessories. They will always bring these with them to fully meet your needs.
