Should I talk to the massage therapist? Not at all obligatory! Just close your eyes and relax. Of course, if you feel like chatting, there's no problem. But be sure to speak up if: – The room is too hot or cold – You feel pain – You have questions about the massage – You forgot to mention something important.
-
I am embarrassed about a specific body part, and I don't want the therapist to see it. What can I do?People feel self-conscious for various reasons. Common concerns include: being overweight, body hair, back acne, unattractive feet, or scars. However, you don't need to avoid the massage for these reasons. If you're embarrassed about a specific body part, feel free to let us know so we can skip that area. A good therapist won't judge based on these factors.
-
I have never been to a massage therapist before, what should I expect?During the first encounter, you will be required to fill out a questionnaire containing health-related questions. This is necessary to ensure that there are no conditions that would preclude the possibility of treatment. After completing the health assessment, we will discuss the chosen treatment, and then the massage can begin!
-

What should I expect when the massage therapist arrives? When our massage therapist arrives at your location, please remember that they only require a spacious area for the massage. -

I feel the massage is not strong enough, but I don't want to criticize the therapist's technique. What should I do?Speak openly. However, remember it's a myth that massage is only effective if it hurts. There are many massage techniques, and many of them don't rely on strong pressure or pain. In fact, excessive pain can cause muscle cramping. General advice: On a scale of one to ten, pain should never exceed a seven.
-
Is the massage done naked or in underwear? We always massage clients while they are in underwear. If the area being massaged involves the lower back or hips, snug-fitting underwear may be in the way, but it won't hinder our work. In such cases, we use a sheet for coverage and secure the garment.
